1) Get off at exit 19, it's Route 50 EAST, aka John Hanson Hwy.
2) You will drive east on Route 50 for approx. 8 miles. Then you will see signs that you're near Bowie, MD. Take Exit 13, this is Route 3 NORTH, aka Crain Hwy.
3) You go about 4 miles, stay in the leftmost lane. You will see a huge sign that says "Long Fence". About a few hundred feet more, you will see a Wendy's. Take a left as if you're going into Wendy's.
4) This is a real short road, maybe only 20 meters long. At the stop sign, watch out for the traffic, pretty heavy, you'll take a left (it's one-way anyway), this will put you on Crain Hwy going southbound, get into the rightmost lane and take the immediate next right--very close to where you just turned off of. It's easy to miss this turn, just be prepared to make a quick right after you leave the little road with Wendy's.
5) There's a skating rink right on that corner. Just go straight down the road and you'll see Capitol Raceway about a 1/4 mile down. After you pay, stay on the right of the parking lot until you pass the spectator stands on your left and do a U-turn, get in line for tech.
Track notes: I hate the way they do staging. The past times I've been there, they open 6 staging lanes. They kind of just pick one (or two) lanes and go with that for a while and then suddenly switch to another, so you never know when you're going to go. But it is the cheapest place to race ($10).
